1. No routine physical shipping

VanHurt provides professional services, advisory work, documentation support, operational consulting, and digital deliverables. We do not routinely sell or ship physical goods.

This page is called a Shipping Policy to meet common payment and compliance expectations, but VanHurt’s normal delivery method is service delivery rather than parcel shipment.

2. Delivery methods

Services and deliverables may be delivered through:

  • email correspondence and attachments;
  • written reports, document packs, comments, schedules, or summaries;
  • calls, meetings, briefings, reviews, or advisory sessions;
  • shared digital workspaces or other agreed communication channels;
  • completion notices confirming that the agreed service has been delivered.

3. Delivery timing

Delivery timelines depend on the engagement scope, client responsiveness, document availability, and any agreed milestones. Where VanHurt provides an estimated delivery date, it is an estimate unless expressly agreed as fixed in writing.

4. When delivery is complete

Delivery is complete when VanHurt issues the final deliverable, report, document set, completion notice, or other agreed output by email or another agreed channel.

The 14-day acceptance and contest period starts from that issued delivery or completion notice unless a signed engagement agreement states otherwise.

5. Client access and cooperation

The client is responsible for providing correct contact details, access to relevant information, and timely responses. VanHurt is not responsible for delay caused by missing information, incorrect email addresses, unavailable client personnel, or delayed approvals.

6. Physical documents by exception

If VanHurt agrees in writing to send physical documents, delivery times, postage method, cost, and risk will be confirmed separately. Unless expressly agreed, physical shipping is not included in service fees.

7. Delivery issues

If a client cannot access a deliverable or believes a deliverable is incomplete against the agreed scope, the client should notify VanHurt in writing within 14 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.
